Shipping and delivery

Shipping quotes

Automotive lifts are heavy freight. Shipping cost, carrier service, delivery method, and estimated timing depend on the product, destination, access, and current carrier availability. Any free-freight offer applies only to qualifying products and locations and must be confirmed in the written quote or order confirmation.

Delivery access

• Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and working contact number.
• Tell Oasis before ordering about residential access, narrow roads, gates, restricted hours, or other site limitations.
• Confirm whether a forklift, loading dock, liftgate, terminal pickup, or other unloading equipment is required.
• The customer is responsible for safe unloading and moving the equipment after delivery unless the written order says otherwise.

Timing and appointments

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, inspection holds, remote locations, and other events outside our control may cause delays. Do not schedule installers or contractors until the equipment has arrived and has been inspected.

Inspect before signing

Inspect the shipment and packaging before signing the carrier receipt. Note visible damage, shortages, or opened packaging on the delivery receipt and take clear photographs. Contact Oasis Car Lifts promptly so we can help document a freight claim. Signing without noting visible damage may limit available carrier remedies.

Address changes and failed delivery

Contact Oasis immediately if delivery details change. Carrier reconsignment, redelivery, storage, limited-access, liftgate, or appointment fees may apply when they are caused by incorrect information, missed delivery, or services not included in the original quote.
