Returns and cancellations

Written order terms control

Lift models, freight arrangements, and manufacturer requirements vary. The return and cancellation terms shown on your written quote, invoice, or order confirmation control for that purchase. Review them before payment and ask Oasis Car Lifts about anything that is unclear.

Cancellations

Request a cancellation as soon as possible by calling 1 (888) 822-2976 and emailing contact@oasiscarlifts.com. An order is not cancelled until Oasis confirms it in writing. Orders that have entered processing, shipped, or incurred manufacturer or carrier charges may not be cancellable or may be subject to costs disclosed in the order terms.

Return authorization required

Do not ship equipment back without written return authorization and instructions from Oasis Car Lifts. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, packaging, order type, manufacturer rules, and written order terms.

Items that may not be returnable

• Installed, assembled, used, modified, damaged, or incomplete equipment.
• Custom, special-order, clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items when identified in the order terms.
• Items missing original packaging, parts, manuals, labels, or accessories.
• Products returned after an applicable written return period or without authorization.

Return freight and refunds

Return freight, original freight, restocking charges, inspection costs, and other deductions apply only as stated in the written order terms or return authorization. Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected, using the original payment method where practical. Carrier damage and warranty claims follow separate procedures.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If equipment arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or different from the written order, document it immediately and contact Oasis before installation or use. Keep all packaging and parts until the issue is resolved.
